The XIV International AIDP Symposium for Young Penalists will be held on the topic “Criminal Law in the Age of Transitions. Between Sacred Cows and Core Values of Criminal Justice Systems”. The Symposium is sponsored by the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP) and is organized by the AIDP Young Penalists Committee (YPC).
The Symposium will be held in person on April 9-10, 2025, in Utrecht, hosted by the University of Utrecht.
The Scientific Committee of the Symposium is composed of Isabelle GIBSON, Dawid MARKO, Gaetano ANCONA, Alice GIANNINI, Roos KLOMBERG and Domenico ROSANI. The main purpose of this Symposium series is to foster a community of young criminal law scholars from around the world and to produce research presentations.
