The 5th Symposium for Young Penalists aimed to provide for a multi-faceted analysis of the distinct roles of corporation in modern criminal justice, an international review of their effects, their human rights implications and their boundaries is required.
The proceedings of the Symposium were published in a dedicated issue of the International Review of Penal Law.
